COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING THE RACER5 APPLICATION IS ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY YOU THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND OUR COURSE AND YOUR FAILURE TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND FALLS SOLELY ON YOU.
DUE TO COSTS TO ADMINISTER AND SET UP YOUR SPOTS, YOUR RACER5 FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
YOU CAN CHANGE/CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT BY EMAILING US AT INFO@RACER5.CA. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL LOSE 50% OF YOUR FEE AND YOUR 50% DEPOSIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR NEXT REGISTRATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT CHANGE DATES WITHOUT MORE THAN 45 DAYS NOTICE AND CHANGING YOUR EVENT DATE WITH LESS THAN 45 DAYS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN YOU LOSING YOUR ENTIRE RACER5 FEE.
