FAQ - What is the cancellation policy?
COMPLETING A PURCHASE OF A RACER5 PROGRAM IS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY YOU THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND OUR COURSE AND YOUR FAILURE TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND FALLS SOLELY ON YOU.
DUE TO COSTS TO ADMINISTER AND SET UP COURSES, YOUR RACER5 COURSE REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
YOU CAN CHANGE/CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT BY EMAILING US AT INFO@RACER5.CA. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL LOSE 50% OF YOUR COURSE REGISTRATION FEE AND 50% OF YOUR COURSE REGISTRATION FEE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR NEXT REGISTRATION. YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED A $50.00 RESCHEDULING FEE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT CHANGE DATES WITHOUT MORE THAN 60 DAYS NOTICE AND CHANGING YOUR EVENT DATE WITH LESS THAN 60 DAYS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN YOU LOSING YOUR ENTIRE COURSE REGISTRATION FEE.
